Naghme MAAŞOĞLU successfully graduated from Tehran University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management in 2004, started her master's degree in Marketing and Business Administration at Eastern Mediterranean University in 2008 and successfully completed her master's degree in 2012. She successfully completed her second master's degree, which she started in 2020 at the University of Kyrenia, Faculty of Aviation and Astronautics, in 2022.

MAAŞOĞLU serves professionally as a Full-Time Lecturer at the University of Kyrenia and maintains the activities of regularity, orderly management and tourism activities.
