Hüseyin Kudak was born on October 31, 1973 in Izmir. After completing his primary and secondary education in Manisa, he graduated from Izmir Maltepe Military High School in 1991 and from the Air Force Academy in Istanbul in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. He served in various national and international positions throughout his 23-year career as an officer in the Turkish Air Force. He retired with the rank of Senior Colonel in 2018, while he was last working as an academician and management staff at the National Defense University.
In his academic career, he completed his master's degree in Operations Research at Marmara University Department of Econometrics, in Engineering Management at Old Dominion University in the USA, and in Air Law at the Faculty of Aviation and Astronautics, respectively. He completed his doctorate program in the Technology Management program at the National Defense University.
Throughout his academic career, he has taught as a full-time and part-time lecturer in Istanbul and Cyprus since 2018, and he currently continues to work as a faculty member at the University of Kyrenia.
