Haluk Serhat Ongun e graduated from Turkish Air Force Academy in 1992 and Turkish Air Force War Collage in 2003. He served in various positions in T.S.K. He completed his Master's Degree in Management Organization at Dumlupınar University in 2007 and his PhD in Business Administration at Near East University in 2020. He has been working at the University of Kyrenia Approved Education Organization since 2016. In 2023, he was appointed as the Head of the Pilotage Department of the University of Kyrenia, Faculty of Aviation and Space Sciences.
